1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Beagle, operated by Proper Platforms Limited (trading as Beagle) ("we", "us"). By using Beagle you agree to them.

2. The service

Beagle helps exhibition visitors log stands, capture leads, dictate notes, generate debriefs and, for teams, report on ROI. We may change or improve features over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must give accurate information and be at least 18.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, only record information about other people where you are lawfully entitled to do so.

5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

• Solo is free. Pro is £2.99 per month or £9.99 per single event. Team is £12 per seat per month. Business is by separate agreement.
• Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
• Prices are stated [inclusive/exclusive] of VAT, which is charged where applicable.
• Except where the law requires, payments are non-refundable. Per-event passes are non-refundable once the event has started.
• Fair use applies to AI features on the monthly plan. We may contact you about, or reasonably limit, unusually high usage.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to upload any third-party information you record.

7. AI outputs

AI debriefs and dictation parsing are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review them before relying on them. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI output.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Beagle available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we provide the service "as is" to the extent the law allows.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Termination

You can stop using Beagle at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
