Is Beagle really free for individuals?

What is the difference between Solo and Pro?

Pro adds dictation, business card and event badge scanning, unlimited AI debriefs, follow-up email drafts, wallet and NFC cards, and the show directory. £2.99 a month, £23.90 a year (that is 4 months free), or £14.99 for one event.

Who is eligible for each tier?

Solo is for one person capturing their own shows. Pro is for an individual who wants the full toolkit, and it stays a single seat. Team is for two or more people in one organisation who need a shared workspace, ROI dashboard and shared action board; it includes 3 seats and extra seats are £2.99 a month each. Business is for larger organisations that need SSO, procurement, security review and custom export, quoted per organisation.

How does the Team plan work?

Team is £14.99 a month and includes 3 seats. Add more seats at £2.99 a month each. Annual billing gives 4 months free on the base and on every extra seat.

Question 5

How do upgrades and downgrades work?

Accepted Answer

Upgrade any time from Settings, or from a paid feature prompt inside the app. Payment is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the current period and the new features unlock immediately. Adding seats to a Team plan is prorated the same way. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your captures stay readable on the free Solo plan.

Can I get an invoice or a VAT receipt?

Yes. Every payment produces a receipt by email, and the billing portal in Settings holds every past invoice as a PDF you can download or forward to finance. Prices shown are what you pay, with no tax added at checkout. You can set a company name, billing address and purchase order reference on the invoice from the same portal. Business plans can be invoiced annually on request.

Question 7

Can I mix monthly base and yearly seats?

Accepted Answer

No. To keep billing clean, the base and the seats always share the same interval. Switch both from Settings when it suits.

Question 8

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Accepted Answer

Your account drops back to the free Solo plan and your captures stay readable. You can export visits, contacts and follow-ups as CSV any time from Settings.

Monthly or yearly?

Accepted Answer

Yearly billing gives 4 months free versus monthly on every paid plan. Cancel any time from Settings, you keep access until the end of the billing period.
