About Geminor

Geminor is a leading international recycling company established on Karmøy in 2004. We provide services in waste treatment, logistics, material recycling and waste for energy production, and offer customers stable, flexible and competitive solutions for disposal in the European market. Our subsidiaries offer services that include treatment and handling of refuse-derived fuel (RDF), solid recovered fuel (SRF), waste wood, paper, cardboard, plastic, hazardous waste etc. Geminor has treatment facilities and offices in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the UK, Germany, Poland, France and Italy, and employs around 140 professionals and experts. In total, we handle around 2.4 million tons of waste annually, and have contracts with around 360 waste producers and 260 incineration and recycling plants. Geminor has an annual turnover of more than EUR 240 million. We work with leading logistics providers across Europe, offering transportation by standard road trains, containerized cargo, rail, bulk and Ro-Ro ships. Geminor has a strong focus on sustainability. We continuously work to find the most efficient disposal, and by this reduce the amount of waste going to landfill.
