ILOS New Energy UK Ltd is an Independent Power Producer (IPP) specialising in large-scale solar PV and battery storage for industrial, commercial and public sector energy users. We are 60% owned by BNP Paribas, our majority shareholder, and operate in seven countries across Europe. To date, our projects have secured more than 4.5 GWp, and we are on track to deliver a 10 GWp European solar portfolio by 2030. We work with high-energy users to cut electricity costs and carbon emissions through dedicated renewable generation and long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs). For many of our customers, ILOS projects deliver typical energy cost reductions of 30–50%. At the same time, they reduce exposure to wholesale power price volatility, bypass grid connection delays, cut peak demand charges, and strengthen site resilience with low-carbon electricity. Our solutions also support ESG and sustainability reporting, helping organisations evidence tangible carbon reduction and progress against net zero targets. ILOS develops, finances and delivers solar and battery storage projects end-to-end. We originate and design each project, arrange financing, manage construction and commissioning, and operate assets over the long term.
