Southampton University Human Powered Aircraft is a student run and lead society with the purpose of enabling students to design, build and fly a manned aircraft - powered by the sole effort of its pilot - in other words, we make flying bikes! We do this because its an excellent application of knowledge taught at university, and because nothing quite beats the satisfaction of seeing something you designed actually fly!
