PÖTTINGER Entsorgungstechnik GmbH is a leading manufacturer of machinery for the recycling and waste management sectors. It is part of the long-established family-run company PÖTTINGER and is currently managed by Dipl.-Ing. Maximilian Pöttinger, the fifth generation of the family to run the business. With innovative, sustainable products and smart technologies, PÖTTINGER is committed to high quality and long-standing partnerships, shaping the future of waste management worldwide. The company’s core product is press containers, which, through efficient on-site compaction, make a significant contribution to reducing the number of transport journeys – and thus to lowering CO₂ emissions. Applications range from municipal solutions such as the Multipress ECO, which enables 24/7 waste disposal for residents, to large-volume compactor containers for industrial use. Particular emphasis is placed on durability: Existing machines are regularly overhauled and serviced to significantly extend their service life – PÖTTINGER press containers can thus remain in service for up to 30 years. This sustainable approach conserves resources and strengthens the circular economy. The export share now stands at around 70 %. In addition to Germany and Switzerland, the most important overseas markets include Singapore and Brazil.
