PICVISA — Intelligent Optical Sorting & Robotics for Recycling PICVISA designs and manufactures intelligent optical sorting and robotic systems that transform mixed waste streams into clean, high-value recovered materials. Headquartered in Barcelona and active across international markets, we combine machine vision, artificial intelligence and deep-learning classification to help recyclers, waste managers, local authorities and producers meet rising recovery targets and circular-economy obligations. At the core of our technology is a proprietary AI platform that recognises materials by polymer type, colour, shape, format and, increasingly, by object and brand. This enables precise separation across some of the most demanding fractions in the industry — from textiles and plastics to glass, metals and electronic waste. By continually training our deep-learning models on real-world material data, our systems improve purity, throughput and recovery rates while reducing reliance on manual sorting. Our product range is engineered around specific recovery challenges: ECOSORT — optical sorting of post-consumer textile garments, separating by composition and colour to enable fibre-to-fibre recycling and reuse. ECOCLIP — dedicated sorting of post-industrial textile clippings and offcuts, recovering clean, single-composition material for high-value reprocessing. ECOPACK — optical sorting of plastics, paper and packaging fractions, configurable for single- or multi-material lines. ECOGLA
